We quality check all of our products prior to dispatch and are confident in what we are packing before we send your parcel out to you.
If you have any issues with your purchase we are happy to look at the issue and provide you with a reasonable resolution. We cannot provide a refund or exchange for pure change of mind on product that has been personalised.
If you have any issues with your purchase we are happy to assess the item and provide a reasonable resolution. Where there is general wear and tear on a product we do not guarantee that the products will be replaced or repaired.
Tell me more about monogramming?
To etch your initials into our leather products we use a technique called hot foil stamping. In principle, hot foil stamping is the process of using heat and pressure to apply metallic foil to a material such as leather.
How many letters or numbers can I put on my product?
We have the ability to stamp up to 6 characters on each product. These can include the alphabet (A-Z) or numbers (0-9)
How are we doing our bit to stay sustainable?
We have minimised our carbon footprint by trying to use packaging that can be recycled.
Our products are ethically sourced and manufactured with the planet in mind. We do not support manufacturing facilities where workers have poor working conditions, long hours, low wages and other violations of labour rights.
